This checklist is based on Atul Gawande’s book The Checklist Manifesto

Notes

Lines starting * become bullets
Quite a lot of Markdown features also work, including:
[like this](https://example.com) for URLs: like this.
`Monospaced` produced Monospaced (typewriter-style) text for code etc.
Most items can be nested by indenting them.
The directive :chrome on is not normally used. It is used here to make the checklist appear with CheckEagle site’s banner and foot appear.
Content can be broken across lines by matching the text indentation on continuation lines.
Any checklist with any checkboxes or text inputs gets a SUBMIT button, like below, to save a completion.
By default, the styling will be similar to this checklist, but you have almost complete freedom to restyle it (see below).
